1. Who we are
This website is operated by Earth Power Capital ("Earth Power", "we"), Calle del Pinar 5, 28006 Madrid, Spain. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us through our Contact page.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form. If you write to us, we process your first name, last name, company (optional), email address, reason for contact and message. We use them to answer your enquiry. We send you an automatic confirmation email.
- Careers enquiries. If you register your interest in working with us, we keep the details you send us so we can contact you about future opportunities.
- LP Login technical support form. If you ask for technical support, we process your name, email address and the description you provide, to handle your request.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how visitors arrive). We use this information in aggregate to improve the website.
2.1 Legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and handling requests: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (Article 6.1(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Website security and operation: our legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR).
- Analytics cookies: your consent (Article 6.1(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002). You can withdraw it at any time, as explained below.
3. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting (Vercel).
- Email delivery of contact and support messages (Resend).
- Google Analytics (Google), only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some pages also load technical resources from third parties, such as fonts (Google Fonts) and a software library (jsDelivr). When your browser requests them, those providers can see your IP address.
4. International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's adequacy decision for certified providers or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Details sent in a careers enquiry are kept until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
